Simplicity and authenticity are my keywords.
My work consists of creating a space where one can slow down enough to see more clearly.
Within oneself. Around oneself.
My name is Simon
I live in the city of Playa Del Carmen in Mexico. I support essentially through speech, but depending on the situation, I can also propose breathing or psycho-bodily practices during in-person sessions. It is also possible to work together remotely, via videoconference from France or anywhere else in the world.
A path built by openness
My path has taken shape through experiences and encounters. Doubt and fear were active in my life for a long time. Understanding their functioning is today an incredible tool to be able to support people through this world that is full of them.
Travel played an important role in this. It taught me to observe, to listen, and to question my certainties.
I notably studied traditional yoga, its philosophy, and the body-mind relationship in ashrams in Nepal and India.
These teachings brought me rigor, discipline, and understanding of the link between breathing, the mind, and inner stability. Today, I keep the essential: the simplicity of practices, consistency, and respect for everyone's rhythm.
Therapy only makes sense when it goes beyond the mind to settle in the body. Integration is the necessary passage for knowledge to become transformation.
That is why I give a central place to the body and the nervous system in my accompaniment. Furthermore, the understanding and acceptance of my neurodivergence played an important role in my fulfillment. Today, they give me a particular sensitivity to atypical profiles, to the feeling of discrepancy or misunderstanding.
My approach
I favor a structured approach adapted to each person.
Depending on your needs, the support may include:
- — Individual therapy
- — Breathwork (individual or collective)
- — Nervous system regulation work
- — Supervised cold exposure*
Speech allows understanding. Breathing helps regulate. The body allows integration. *particularly adapted to work on concentration, managing addictions, anxiety
For whom?
This accompaniment can be relevant if you are going through:
- – A sense of discrepancy
- – A loss of meaning
- – Attention difficulties
- – Complicated stress or emotion management
- – Fear of the future
- – An existential crisis
- – Addictive behaviors
- – Low self-esteem
- – The need to fully become an actor in your life again
Moving to or living in Playa often represents a significant change. New environment, new pace, new perspectives.
These transitions can be exciting but also destabilizing. I offer support to navigate these periods with more stability, clarity, and presence.
